Ad Acceptance Policy

Any advertising offered by a person to an employee of this newspaper is subject to final acceptance by the management at any time. The management reserves the right to refund any money paid, to reject any offer to advertise, or to cancel any advertisement. Abbreviations, copy and entire ads are subject to final approval of this paper and the newspaper reserves the right to refuse or reject any advertisement or any portion of advertisement, which is considered objectionable, or in opposition of the policy of this newspaper. The right to classify ads is also reserved. All real estate advertised in our newspapers is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination. Our newspapers will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is in violation of the law. All persons are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised are available on an equal opportunity basis.
